In what looks like a phobia intervention, poor Starla who is afraid of popping balloons, we have Starla inflating a 14-inch balloon until it’s nice and tight, and possibly with a good neck. She was a wee terrified, but managed to inflate the balloon nicely. After all that effort, Starla’s fine balloon popped while tying it!
