Sometimes frustration has a way of getting in the way of total fun. In this scene, Adele inflates a black latex glove, beginning with the zibi to get it pretty big before finishing it off by mouth. Unfortunately, she lost her grip! To heck with that, she then held that glove on the pump, inflating until it could take no more, and BANG!!
