Starla uses a pair of very serious shoes to deal with balloons

Starla was looking forward to some pleasant foot popping, but some of the balloons weren’t in the mood and kept trying to get away! Not to be outdone by some air-filled latex globes, she uses her seriously-heeled black patent leather shoes to deal with them fully and completely. Each and every one of them gets stomped!
